The development provides 100% affordable housing. 101 units in the development will be for affordable rent and will be let at London Affordable Rent Levels and 24 units will intermediate tenure. The development provides much needed affordable housing in Southall.
The development includes a new public realm, ecological corridor, residential gardens and roof terraces and seeks to create an exemplary public realm associated with the public parking on the ground floor.
